Therapy is a collaborative space where we explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns with compassion and curiosity. In our first few sessions, we’ll get to know each other, identify your goals, and begin building the trust and safety needed for meaningful growth.
Over time, sessions will focus on working through what’s getting in the way of your growth or connection—whether that’s related to trauma, relationships, identity, or self-trust.
As your goals start to feel more integrated and sustainable, we’ll gently begin preparing for the natural close of our work together.

Therapy tends to focus on healing past wounds, navigating emotional challenges, and improving mental health, while coaching is more future-focused and action-oriented. Both offer support and guidance, but therapy is often more suited for deep emotional processing, especially if trauma or relationship struggles are involved.
Therapy services are only available to NJ-based individuals and couples. Coaching services are available to individuals and couples worldwide.

All therapy and coaching sessions are conducted virtually using a secure and HIPAA-compliant platform called Simple Practice, which you can access from your computer or any mobile device with the Simple Practice Telehealth app.
You can attend therapy sessions from your home or any private space where you feel comfortable, safe, and able to speak freely. Your pets are welcome to join us too!

As a mental health provider, I am committed to transparency in pricing. If you are not using insurance, I will provide you with a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of any non-emergency items or services, including therapy sessions. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill.
